Refund policy

We understand sizing and fit is important and sometimes you need to try things on. If you receive your Chutts frames and are not 100% happy with them, please let us know. Email info@chutts.com with your request for refund.

We will accept returns from 14 days after you receive them. Just ship them back in the same condition with tags and packaging and we will refund you, no questions asked.

If the reason for the return is the fit, please note they can be adjusted to fit at home. Please read instructions in our 'Home Fit Adjustments' tab in the Main Menu for further instructions on Adjusting the frames.
