Returns

We understand sizing and fit is important and sometimes you need to try things on. If you receive your Chutts frames and are not 100% happy with them, please let us know. Email info@chutts.com or DM us on Instagram @chuttsofficial with your request for refund.

We will accept returns within 14 days after you receive them. We will request you ship them back in the same condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued once product is received and inspected.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International orders (outside Australia) will also be responsible for any customs charges.

If the reason for the return is the fit, please note they can be adjusted to fit at home. Please read instructions in our 'Home Fit Adjustments' tab in the Main Menu for further instructions on Adjusting the frames.
